What Is Meditation?

Meditation is a practice to focus the mind, reduce stress, improve mental clarity and find your inner self. #funfact

    General Meditation Basics

  1. Choose a Comfortable Space

    Find a quiet spot where you wonโ€™t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

  2. Focus on Your Breath

    Breathe naturally and observe each inhale and exhale. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.

  3. Pick a Technique
    Mindfulness Meditation:
    Focus on the present moment without judgment.
    Body Scan:
    Slowly bring awareness to different parts of your body, starting from your toes and moving upward.
    Mantra Meditation:
    Repeat a word or phrase like โ€œpeaceโ€ or โ€œom.โ€
  4. Start Small

    Begin with 5-10 minutes daily and increase as you feel comfortable.

  5. Be Patient

    Itโ€™s natural for your mind to wander. Over time, it will become easier to stay focused.
