Claustrophobia is an anxiety disorder that causes an intense fear of enclosed spaces. Many situations can trigger claustrophobia including crowded rooms, lifts and tunnels. In extreme cases even too tight clothes or just thinking about certain situations without exposure to them could be a trigger.
